In June 2018 Cardiff University asked us to help them deliver their catering strategy in time for the September start of term. We worked with them to devise a fresh and distinct brand identity to launch their image – customer focused service, sector leading food and value for money were the chief brand messages.
With 4 restaurants and 9 cafés and food counters MAMMAlcreate had an extremely tight timetable to solve all the design issues including dual language signage and menus.
The creation and development of visually striking typographic and colour systems, allowed us to respond quickly and effectively to the brief.
We delivered on time, and have continued to help develop, build and promote the brand across the university, and beyond.
