Edible engineering for design students at City of Bristol College

Working with City Of Bristol College lecturer Alastair Myers, MAMMALcreate is once again enjoying the creative force and fun of his design students.

This year three teams of enthusiastic first-year students were asked to create the tallest construction they could using spaghetti and marshmallows. The competition was fierce and a tight deadline increased pressure. We all learnt a lot about team work and resources … and perhaps not to pursue a career in the construction industry!

Second year students are currently on a 10-week project under MAMMALcreate’s creative supervision. Really impressed by the effort and energy of these groups.
